本文主要讨论一种用于提高带肋钢筋品质的穿水冷却控制系统。该系统根据棒材轧制过程特点结合其质量控制目标,分析了穿水冷却系统的控制方法及特点,提出了一种控制方案。该方案结合高效的湍流管穿水冷却系统可靠地提高了棒材轧制的产品质量。
This article focuses on a water cooling control system for improving the quality of ribbed bars. According to the characteristics of bar rolling process and its quality control objectives, this system analyzes the control methods and characteristics of water cooling system and puts forward a control scheme. This solution combined with an efficient turbulent tube water cooling system reliably improves the quality of bar rolling products.
