渭政办发[2006]113号2006年7月26日各县、市、区人民政府,市人民政府各有关工作部门,渭南高新区管委会:为了进一步强化公安派出所在维护社会稳定中的职能作用,根据《中共中央关于进一步加强公安工作的决定》、《公安部关于进一步加强公安派出所建设的意见》和《中共陕西省委办公厅陕西省人民政府办公厅关于深化公安派出所改革加强基层防控体系建设的意见》,现就加强全市公安派出所工怍提出以下意见:
