目的:测定儿茶中主要成分儿茶素及表儿茶素的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,以儿茶素及表儿茶素为对照品。结果:按选定的色谱条件,儿茶素及表儿茶素分别在0256~128、0728~3641μg范围内线性良好。2种成分的平均加样回收率分别为1001%和960%,RSD分别为24%和27%(n=5)。结论:本方法操作简便、快捷,重现性好。
Objective: To determine the contents of catechins and epicatechins, the main components of catechu tea. Methods: Reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine catechins and epicatechins. RESULTS: According to the selected chromatographic conditions, the catechins and epicatechin were linear in the range of 0256~128 and 0728~3641μg respectively. The average recovery rates of the two components were 100.1% and 96.0%, respectively, and the RSDs were 2.4% and 2.7%, respectively (n=5). Conclusion: This method is simple, quick and reproducible.
