为了深入学习贯彻《幼儿园工作规程(试行)》,进一步明确幼教改革的指导思想,辽宁省教育学院于1991年10月,在沈阳市主持召开了“辽宁省幼儿园教育教学改革经验交流会”。全省各地135名骨干教师、园长和教研科研人员的代表参加了会议。会议听取了省教委领导、省教育学院领导的讲话和幼教专家的学术报告,交流了论文84篇,实地观摩了沈阳市4所幼儿园的半日活动,还观看了14部教改录像。会议肯定了学习、贯彻《规程》以来,辽宁幼儿教育改革的成绩。会议实实在在地解决了一些在教改中亟待解决的在认识上存在的问题。与会者认为,要以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的思想方法去认识
In order to further study and implement “Kindergarten Procedures (Trial)” and further clarify the guiding ideology of preschool education reform, Liaoning Provincial Institute of Education in October 1991 chaired the “Liaoning Province kindergarten education and teaching reform experience exchange meeting.” Representatives of 135 key teachers, chiefs and researchers from all over the province attended the conference.
