课堂是获取知识的阵地,资源是学生吸取的营养。优质教学资源作为一种潜在的课程形态,传递着优秀的思想、经验和价值。对它的合理开发和有效应用必将快速提升数学课堂教学效益。坚持以人为本,遵循教育教学规律,共建符合课程要求的教学资源,从而促进教学质量的全面提高,真正发挥优质教学资源的最大效益。笔者通过数学课堂教学实践研究,认为优质教学资源的共建与共享促进有效教学的策略有:资源建设常态化、人员管理流程化、共建共享制度化、教学应用最大化。
Classroom is the place to gain knowledge and resources are the nutrients that students learn. As a potential curriculum, excellent teaching resources deliver excellent ideas, experiences and values. Rational development and effective application of it will rapidly improve the efficiency of mathematics classroom teaching. Adhere to the people-oriented, follow the law of education and teaching, to build teaching resources in line with the requirements of the curriculum, so as to promote the overall improvement of teaching quality, and truly maximize the benefits of quality teaching resources. Through the practice of mathematics classroom teaching, the author thinks that the strategy of building and sharing high-quality teaching resources and promoting effective teaching are as follows: the normalization of resources, the flow of personnel management, the institutionalization and sharing and the maximization of teaching application.
