TGJ 55—2011标准中提出≥C60强度值的混凝土为高强混凝土,而在实际生产中,C60段以上混凝土设计多采用预估水胶比,往往缺乏实际的可操作性,并且没有指出高强混凝土的设计过程中明确影响混凝土强度各种原因及因素。本文采用正交设计试验方法,通过正确选择影响因素,统计实验数据,从中找出关键条件,使高强混凝土的设计少走弯路,达到满足设计强度的要求,也满足工作性的要求,并在生产中通过掌握关键因素的各项指标,可更好的控制混凝土质量,使建筑物的安全耐久性得以保证。
