为探讨人肾小球系膜细胞表达的利钠肽受体类型,应用不同浓度的心房肽(ANP)、脑钠肽(BNP)及 C 型利钠肽(CNP)刺激系膜细胞,观察系膜细胞产生 cGMP 的量。结果显示系膜细胞在三种利钠肽刺激后产生 cGMP 量的大小依次为 CNP、ANP、BNP。表明人肾小球系膜细胞主要存在 CNP 受体结合位点。
In order to investigate the type of natriuretic peptide receptor expressed in human glomerular mesangial cells, mesangial cells were stimulated with different concentrations of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) The amount of cGMP produced by membrane cells. The results showed that the amount of cGMP produced by mesangial cells stimulated by three kinds of natriuretic peptides were CNP, ANP and BNP. Suggesting that human mesangial cells mainly present CNP receptor binding sites.
