川东开江地区作为重点勘探区块以来,由于地层的复杂性,第一轮探井承受了较大风险。文章就钻井工程在高陡构造带所遇地层破碎垮塌、长裸眼段压力系统的压力梯度变化导致的喷漏以及高压高产高含硫所诱发的井喷、钻具脆断、卡钻等三大主要难点进行了分析,通过对黄龙4井、云安4—1井等几口难度较大的复杂井的分析,有针对性地提出了川东新区下一轮探井钻井技术应侧重的几个方面。重点强调钻井设计要根据井下已经变化了的情况进行跟踪修改(或工程再设计),井身结构、堵漏治漏以及强化专职技能人员队伍等。
