评价具有重要的导向作用,目前我们学校是根据《上海市学生成长记录手册》提供的评价板块对学生进行评价。在通过座谈调查《成长手册》的使用情况之后,我们了解到这一评价手册在实际使用中存在一些问题。教师们认为《成长手册》的评价手段单一,主要以书面考试为主,使师生、家长过分重视学业水平,无形中加重了学业负担。学生们认为《成长手册》缺乏校本特色,很多校内组织的活动无法体现,更无法体现学校的培养目标。家长们认为《成长手册》过于关注结果,没有过程性材料
Evaluation plays an important role in guiding students. Currently, our school evaluates students according to the evaluation section provided by the Shanghai Student Record Book. After an informal survey of the use of the Growth Manual, we learned that there are some problems in the practical use of this evaluation manual. Teachers believe that the “growth handbook” evaluation means a single, mainly written examination, so that teachers and students, parents pay too much attention to academic standards, virtually aggravating the academic burden. Students think that the “Growth Manual” lacks school-based features, many of the activities of school organizations can not be reflected, but also fail to reflect the school’s training objectives. Parents think the Growth Papers are too focused on results and have no procedural material
