由于家庭背景、社会环境及自身发展等各方面因素的影响,学校难免会有学困生的存在。而素质教育是面向全体学生的,要让所有的学生得到全面的发展。因此,教育绝不能放弃学困生,教师应致力于学困生的转化,积极探究转化策略,改善教学。有这样一个实例,放学了,发现学生小A在排队时故意磨蹭,教师觉得可能是因为练习卷得了91分而产生了这种异常的举动,于是马上走上前柔声说道:“怎么了?还不去排队?这次练习做得不错哦!”
