图1这种零件的小孔,相对基面在那个方向为最大倾斜截面不好确定,所以测量困难。我们曾做过一种量具(见图2),顺利地解决了这类工件的检验关键。多年的使用表明:这种检具具有结构简单、操作方便和测量准.确的优点,特别适合于中小批量加工的检验。结构原理本工具是将小孔φ6~(0.018)与基面的垂直度误差反映到测量圆盘上,再通过圆盘的旋转由百分表指示出误差来。

Structure principle This tool is the hole φ6 ~ (0.018) and the base surface of the vertical error reflected on the measuring disc, and then through the disc rotation indicated by the dial indicator error.
