我国所用的网络方法多是依据CPM法或PERT法来进行编制的.这种方法的特征是工序间的逻辑关系为紧密衔接的,也就是紧前工序完成之后,紧后工序才可以开始工作,在紧前工序与紧后工序之间,即不必要表示停歇,也不允许出现塔接现象.可是当有些工序之间不允许紧接着进行后续工作,而要求有一定时间的技术停歇或组织间断时.则就需要把这种停歇或间断时间列为不需要劳动力或消耗资源而仅占有时间的工序,把这种工序同样列
