临床上传统使用的尿道扩张器为反复使用的不锈钢器械,其缺点是比较笨重、使用不便、价格高,使用后清洗、消毒、灭菌程序繁琐。特别是极易发生医源性交叉感染,于治疗不利。为了杜绝医源性交叉感染,便利医生使用,现研究一种无医源交叉感染发生的、操作使用方便、重量轻、造价低的一次性尿道扩张器。一次性尿道扩张器采用高压聚烯类硬质无毒塑料制造。其结构分为扩张头、支承杆、握柄三部分。扩张头、支承杆、握柄整体连接,扩张器周璧为平整、光滑的连续璧面。其整体表面有天然乳胶制做的软质包裹层,以防止应用时损伤尿道粘膜或其他组织。内部可嵌装金属加强芯,以增加和提高其机械强度,保证其使用的可靠性。一次性尿道扩张器重量轻,出厂时已无菌包
Clinically used urethral dilators are repetitively used stainless steel instruments, which have the disadvantages of being bulky, inconvenient to use, and high in price.
