目的 观察DSA的临床应用价值。方法 脑血管造影采用改良Seldinger技术 ,行选择性左右颈内动脉及椎动脉数字减影 (DSA)造影检查。分析了 1 0 0例数字减影全脑血管造影 (IADSA)患者的临床诊断及治疗情况。结果 1 0 0例全脑血管造影的总阳性率为 69% (69/1 0 0 )。结论 认为IADSA在全脑血管造影过程中 ,定性、定位正确率高 ,图像清晰 ,并发症少 ,在神经介入放射的诊断及治疗中有着很大的发展前途
Objective To observe the clinical value of DSA. Methods Cerebral angiography was performed with modified Seldinger technique. The left and right internal carotid artery and vertebral artery digital subtraction (DSA) were performed. The clinical diagnosis and treatment of 100 patients with digital subtraction total cerebral angiography (IADSA) were analyzed. Results The total positive rate of 100 cerebral angiography was 69% (69/1 0 0). Conclusion IADSA in the course of cerebral angiography, qualitative, accurate positioning, clear images, fewer complications, in the diagnosis and treatment of nerve interventional radiation has a great development prospects
