骨嗜酸性肉芽肿属组织细胞增生症Ｘ的一种类型。发生在颌骨者较为罕见。本文报道了我院１９６３年～１９９２年间收治的１８例经病理诊断为颌骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的临床资料，并就其临床、病理及Ｘ线片的表现特点进行讨论。
Eosinophilic granuloma is a type of histiocytosis X. Those who occur in the jaw are relatively rare. This article reports 18 cases of pathologically diagnosed eosinophilic granuloma of the jaw from 1963 to 1992 in our hospital, and discusses the clinical, pathological and radiographic features.
