为了提高全秸秆覆盖地免耕播种机作业质量,降低抛送装置的抛送功耗,采用Box-Benhnken中心组合试验方法对抛送装置的工作参数进行试验研究,以叶轮转速、物料含水率、叶片倾角等影响作业质量的3个因素进行三因素三水平响应面试验,建立响应面数学模型,分析各影响因素对作业质量的影响,同时,对影响因素进行综合优化。试验结果表明:各因素影响抛送功耗的显著顺序依次为叶轮转速、物料含水率、叶片倾角;最优工作参数组合为:叶轮转速1 600r/min、物料含水率63%、叶片倾角后倾9°,对应的比功耗919.89m~2/s~2,且各性能指标与理论优化值的相对误差均<5%。研究结果可为抛送装置的结构完善设计和作业参数优化提供依据。
In order to improve the operation quality of no-till planter covered by straw and reduce the throwing power consumption of throwing device, the Box-Benhnken test method was used to test the working parameters of the throwing device. The rotating speed, material moisture content, Blade inclination and other factors affecting the quality of the job three-level three-level response surface test to establish the mathematical model of the response surface, analyze the impact of various factors on the quality of operations at the same time, comprehensive optimization of the influencing factors. The experimental results show that the order of impeller power consumption, impeller speed, material moisture content and blade inclination are all in the order of impeller power consumption. The optimum operating parameters are impeller speed of 1 600r / min, material moisture content of 63% 9 °, corresponding to the power consumption of 919.89m ~ 2 / s ~ 2, and the relative error of each performance index and the theoretical optimization value are less than 5%. The results of this study can provide the basis for the structural optimization of the throwing device and the optimization of the working parameters.
