一、问题的提出在学校的教研活动中,经常听到有些低年级老师(尤其一年级教师)抱怨:“我们班的学生上课一点也不活跃,死气沉沉的,什么活动也搞不起来!”也有的说:“我们班正好相反,太活跃,一旦动起来就静不下来!真烦人!”我想这不是个别现象,而是低年级教学中存在的普遍问题。课堂上如何让学生“动”起来,动起来后又如何“静”下来,做到“动”“静”结合呢?这是一个值得思考和探讨的问题。二、解决问题的方法和策略
