“冷与热”单元中的《热胀冷缩》一课,探究液体与气体是否具有“热胀冷缩”性质时,用的是自然常识一脉相传经典器材:烧瓶、橡胶塞、玻璃管和红颜色的水,实验现象非常明显。然而,若要给每组学生配备一套,准备麻烦,且这些都是易损器材。教材编写者亦是考虑到了这一点,又在文中插入了一幅图,上面画着带有吸管的娃哈哈塑料小瓶和饮料纸盒,意在引导师生利用身边的器具替代上述器材。
