油田气中含较多重烃,从中脱除重烃组分,生产出液化石油气(LPG)和稳定轻油及其它馏分。LPG用途广、市场大,经济效益和社会效益显著,因此对油田气的轻烃回收有利于我国石油资源的合理利用。低温分离过程保证了丙烷的收率,计算过程复杂,精度要求高。主要针对低温分离过程进行描述,建立相应的数学模型;体系状态进行判断预测,给出了计算过程的解法,求解部分汽化和冷凝的汽化率,从而可以确定各组分摩尔组成。解法具有一定的普遍性,很好的满足了轻烃回收过程中低温分离计算。计算结果符合实际情况,大大减小其计算量,提高了计算精度。
Oilfield gas contains more heavy hydrocarbons and heavy hydrocarbon components are removed therefrom to produce liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and stabilize light oil and other fractions.
