Step 1: Preparation ( 5 minutes)
Revise by singing a song “-Boys-Aa-Can you draw?-Yes, I can.-Can you dance?-No, I can’t. I want to join the art club….( 男女生对唱)
1. Teacher: How many clubs are there in the song ?What are they?(学生根据歌词回答)
2. Teacher: Can you say some other clubs?
【设计说明:此处复习采用sing a song 的形式进行,学生回忆所学的语言项目并为下一步的学习做好铺垫。教师的2个问题要让学生有话可谈同时引出了新的教学内容】
Step 2: Presentation ( 10minutes)
1. Teacher: let’s see some other clubs .(教师通过课件展示2a图片。尤其是swimming club。)
2. Listen 2a.
3. Teacher: I can speak English. I want to join the English club. What about you ? What club do you want to join ?
(此处先用I can…I want to join…? 复习呈现What club do you want to join? 然后用课件中的图片,男女生进行集体问答控制性训练。)
4. Teacher: Look at the things. (此处教室某地放有象征性的俱乐部的物品,一名同学上台选取自己感兴趣的物品)
T :-What does he want to join?
Ss: He wants to join the ….
(然后交换同学上台选取物品,男女生集体分角色问答.也可单独两名学生问答)
Boys: What does he want to join ?
Girls: He wants to join the….

1. Survey: To be a reporter.
Teacher: Suppose we are reporters. Report your survey.“…can ..,..likes…can’t….so he wants to join the …” Find out the best reporter.
(在小組中选择3—4名同学作为调查对象,汇报,选出最好的小记者。)

5. Make a card to choose the club.
The new semester, in order to reduce the burden of students, cultivate interest ,every week Friday afternoon four classes for fun day, the school .two people exchange and put your cards with their names in the box you want to join.
