准确把握学生的认知,不断提升自身教学方式,掌握科学的考核方法以及教师自身专业知识的增加是教师专业化的表现。我国教育特别是小学数学教学取得了很大的进步,但是现实中很多方面的原因限制了小学数学教师的专业化。我国的小学数学教师在教学中通常只注重学生对知识的掌握,对学生是否搞清楚知识的来源及过程缺乏关注及思考。我们要在教师专业发展视角下对小学数学教学现状进行分析。一、小学数学教学的现状(一)数学教师专业化道路不顺畅。教师专业化处处跟不上
