1干旱原因试验表明,种子胚部生长器官甚至分生组织细胞营养物质的亏缺,造成分生组织的饥饿,以致难以维持自身的生命活力,便会影响种子的发芽率。根据2010年河北省承德市的资料,2010年大旱是历史罕见的(4~9月份的降水量比常年少50%~80%),玉米提前10d进入乳熟期。承德市受灾面积达83.7%,全年粮食减产57.8%。干旱造成玉米种子成熟度差,种胚发育不良,千粒重降低,影响了种子芽率。
