根据总公司党组有关规定,去年6月底以前,我局完成了领导班子中青年干部的配置任务.这项工作之所以顺利,是因为我们做了大量艰苦细致的工作.建立青年人才的档案制度我们选拔青年干部,首先坚持有目标对象.把选择的重点放在1982—1990年毕业的大、中专毕业生,1970年入厂的学徒工、技校生表现优秀的,以及以后入厂自学成才的.为建立一项选拔青年干部的长远制度,我们建立历年毕业分配来的大、中专毕业生和各厂处涌现出来的模范、先进和自学成才工人的档案库,每年随时间的流动从此库中分离走进入中、老年的人才档案,随升迁的变动,分离走已进入领导班子的人才档案.剩下的就是每年可供选入领导班子的青年人才档案库.此库可以分成三个子库,即近期子库、中期子库、远期子库.近期子库登记的是已进入基层领导班子的人才档案,中期子库登记的是已成为工作骨干、上进心强、表现好但未进入基层领导班子的人才档案,远期子库登记的是已成为工作骨干,但上进心不强、表现不够好的、尚未成为工作骨干的和刚分配走上工作岗位的大、中专毕业生的档案
