开发生成性课程资源,直接影响着教师的教育理念和教育思想,更与语文教师对生成性课程资源的态度和认识有着非常密切的关系。语文教师的教育理念和思想在一定的基础上影响着生成性开发资源开发的效果和程度,和语文教师对生成性课程资源的敏感度。语文学科的生成性资源要求教师对于文本的价值认识有着正确的判断力、具备教学机智和随机应变的能力、以及对生成性资源的指导和整合能力,语文教师的综合素质体现在语文生成性课程资源需要具备的素质要求越来越高。因此,语文教师在教学中应该具备临场应变和即兴发挥的教学智慧。
