昌乐县劳动保障局立足本县实际,以抓再就业培训、抓优惠政策落实为切入点,积极挖掘下岗职工再就业潜力,引导下岗职工做好社区服务文章,取得了良好的社会效益。一是抓再就业培训,提高下岗职工的从业素质。先后采取再就业培训基地集中培训、各分中心或工作站分散培训等组织形式,通过再就业指导培训、创业能力培训、专业技能培训等培训形式,举办再就业培训班33期。由于再就业培训讲求实效性和实用性,参加培训的下岗职工多达1000余人。培训使下岗职工转变了观念,学到了一技之长,掌握了参与社区服务的本领。二是抓优惠政策落实,提高下岗职工的从业积极性。昌乐县劳动保障部门在指导下岗职工从事社区服务的过程中,不断
