近日笔者在值班时发现一起10kV线路故障.当时天气晴朗,10kV母线B相接地,同时一条出线过流跳闸,重合复跳,母线仍然接地.拉开另一出线接地现象消除.后来用户来站说,当时10kV终端杆一根拉线被电弧烧断,10kV C相瓷瓶有放电痕迹,变压器、线路无其它任何故障.后试送电,试送成功.笔者认为,当时B相接地,A相、C相对地电压升高为线电压,由于所在地为重污染区,瓷瓶污染严重,绝缘强度不够而引起放电,又因瓷瓶、架构、拉线连为
