2011年全球波特兰水泥总产量约为34亿吨,生产水泥排放CO2占世界总排放量的7%。为降低对环境的影响,在混凝土与混凝土制品设计中采用创新技术是必要的。本文从优化混凝土颗粒堆积角度出发,探讨生态混凝土的配合比设计问题,论述堆积密度、需水量和制品强度之间的关系。设计了三种配比,并对试件的抗压强度进行测试,以了解使用颗粒堆积优化技术所达到的效果。在混凝土配合比优化设计过程中,通过使用颗粒堆积优化技术,生态混凝土的单位水泥用量降低50%以上是可能的。
In 2011, the world’s total Portland cement production was about 3.4 billion tons, and the cement production CO2 accounted for 7% of the world’s total emissions. In order to reduce the impact on the environment, it is necessary to adopt innovative technologies in the design of concrete and concrete products. In this paper, from the point of view of optimizing the accumulation of concrete particles, this paper discusses the design of mixture ratio of ecological concrete, discusses the relationship between bulk density, water demand and product strength. Three ratios were designed and the compressive strength of the test piece was tested in order to understand the effect of using the particle stacking optimization technique. In the optimization of concrete mix design process, through the use of particle stacking optimization technology, the amount of concrete per unit of concrete reduced by 50% is possible.
