她叫关杰,曾经是中央民族歌舞团首席古筝演奏家,旅居法国时,她发起组建的“古风乐团”演奏出了中国古老乐器的魂,风靡整个欧洲,震撼了欧洲观众的心灵。她创办的大连关杰古筝艺术学校培养出了3000多名古筝艺术人才,其中有近百人被北京大学、中国政法大学、北京师范大学、浙江大学、大连海事大学等重点大学以特长生录取。2010年,大连关杰古筝艺术学校的学生有近百人获得了全国大赛专业及非专业特金、金奖、银奖。她还是大连市海外华商联谊会理事、大连市侨联文化艺术委员会副会长、大连市政协特邀委员、辽宁师范大学音乐系教授、研究生导师,国家光伏中心大连华原光伏科技有限公司总裁。
Her name is Guan Jie. Once a guzheng virtuoso of the Central National Song and Dance Troupe, when she lived in France, she initiated the “Ancient Wind Orchestra” which played the soul of ancient Chinese instruments and swept across Europe, shocking the audience in Europe. She founded Dalian Guan Jie Guzheng Art School to train over 3,000 guzheng art talents, of whom nearly 100 were admitted to special schools by key universities such as Peking University, China University of Political Science and Law, Beijing Normal University, Zhejiang University and Dalian Maritime University. In 2010, almost 100 students from the Guan Jie Guzheng Art School in Dalian won the National Major and Specialty Gold, Gold and Silver Awards. She is also director of Dalian Overseas Chinese Merchants Association, vice president of Dalian Federation of Cultural Affairs and Art, Dalian City CPPCC invited member, Liaoning Normal University professor of music, graduate tutor, president of the National Photovoltaic Center Dalian Hua Yuan Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd..
