师德是教师素质的灵魂,职业幸福感是教师教书育人的基础条件和动力源泉。师德建设工作在理念和实践方面的一些误区,影响了教师职业幸福感的形成及体验。文章在厘清师德建设和职业幸福感二者之间的关系基础上,分析问题成因,提出了在师德建设中增强中小学青年教师职业幸福感的建议。
Teachers’ morality is the soul of teacher’s quality. Occupational happiness is the basic condition and source of motivation for teachers to teach and educate people. Some mistakes in the construction of teachers’ ethics in philosophy and practice have influenced the formation and experience of teacher’s professional happiness. On the basis of clarifying the relationship between the construction of ethics and professional happiness, the article analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward some suggestions on how to enhance the professional happiness of young teachers in elementary and middle schools.
