对于小学生而言,其自律意识相对较差,因而教师有效开展班级管理活动是重要的,这不仅能够为教学营造良好环境,而且可以对小学生发挥约束性作用。但是,由于小学生的自尊心强,且存在叛逆的心理,使传统班级管理达不到预期效果,甚至起反作用。情感教育是以情感为基础的教育,将其应用于班级管理中,可与人性化管理理念相适应,同时也能提高管理效率。因此,本文主要阐述小学班级管理中情感教育应用的重要性及其具体应用策略。
For pupils, their self-discipline awareness is relatively poor. Therefore, it is important for teachers to carry out class management activities effectively, which not only can create a good environment for teaching, but also can play a binding role for pupils. However, the self-esteem of the pupils and their rebellious psychology make the traditional class management fail to achieve the desired effect and even counterproductive. Emotional education is emotion-based education, which is applied to class management, which can be adapted to the concept of human management, and also can improve management efficiency. Therefore, this article mainly expounds the importance of the application of affective education in the class management of primary schools and its specific application strategies.
