本文介绍适于摄取和分析激光干涉图象的微机数据自动采集系统的原理和结构,并就激光干涉条纹用于成象镜头质量检测的实例给出了测量结果。
This paper introduces the principle and structure of an automatic data acquisition system suitable for the acquisition and analysis of laser interference images. The measurement results are also given in the case of using laser interference fringes for the quality inspection of imaging lenses.
