近年来,浙江省基层水利服务体系和水利员队伍有了很大的发展和提高,对全省农村水利建设和管理工作,发挥了很好的作用,已成为各级水利部门和当地区、乡政府必不可少的助手和参谋。目前全省已有水利员3277人,其中国家职工2849人,大集体职工208人,长期临时工220人。全省已建区水利服务站690个,乡水利服务站412个。我们的做法是: 一、严格招收标准,保证水利员的素质。根据国务院有关文件指示精神,省水利厅成立了有两位副厅长任正副组长的领导小组,并组织有关处室人员,对当时在岗的4568名聘用水利员进行全省统一文化、技术考试、考核和发证
