为了探究精索静脉曲张患者不育的原因,采用多次曝光法和生物发光法测定精索静脉曲张患者精子运动速度和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)含量,并与有生育能力的健康男性精子进行比较,结果显示精索静脉曲张患者精子运动速度和ATP含量显著低于正常对照组(P<0.001,P<0.01)。8例精索静脉曲张患者在作精索内静脉高位结扎木后6个月,其精子运动速度和ATP含量与正常对照组无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。精子的ATP含量与运动速度呈正相关(r=0.89,P<0.001)。认为精索静脉曲张患者精子ATP含量的不足导致了精子运动速度的明显下降,可能是男性不育的一个重要机制;精索内静脉高位结扎术可明显改善精子的能量代谢和运动功能。
To investigate the causes of infertility in patients with varicocele, sperm motility and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) levels in patients with varicocele were determined by multiple exposure and bioluminescence and compared with fertile healthy male sperm The sperm motility and ATP content in patients with varicocele were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (P <0.001, P <0.01). There were no significant differences in sperm motility and ATP content between the 8 patients with varicocele and the normal control group (P> 0.05). There was a positive correlation between sperm ATP content and exercise speed (r = 0.89, P <0.001). The lack of sperm ATP content in patients with varicocele may lead to a significant decrease in sperm motility, which may be an important mechanism of male infertility. High ligation of the spermatic vein can significantly improve sperm energy metabolism and motor function.
