本文利用红外光谱技术考察了经高温水热处理的不同稀土含量超稳Y沸石(REUSY)上吡啶吸附特性及1-己烯反应的结炭过程。研究发现:随着稀土含量增加,超笼羟基、小笼羟基逐渐增强;硅终端羟基逐渐减弱;由吡啶所表征的沸石表面酸量增加;同时1-己烯结炭速率加快,饱和结炭量增多。由于沸石经高温水热处理,使焦炭的多芳环多支链的性质较不明显。反应中1-己烯与超笼羟基群作用较强,而硅终端羟基群可与1-己烯发生弱的吸附作用,其红外伸缩振动谱带向低频位移。
In this paper, the adsorption characteristics of pyridine and the reaction of 1-hexene on the rare earth-rich ultra-stable Y zeolite (REUSY) treated by high-temperature hydrothermal treatment were investigated by infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that with the increase of RE content, the hydroxyl groups of the supercages and niche gradually increased, the hydroxyl groups of the terminal hydroxyls of the superheaters gradually weakened, the acidity of the zeolite characterized by pyridine increased, the rate of 1-hexene coking increased, increase. As the zeolite after high temperature hydrothermal treatment, multi-aromatic polycyclic charcoal chain properties less obvious. The reaction of 1-hexene with super-cage hydroxyl groups stronger, and silicon terminal hydroxyl group with 1-hexene weak adsorption, the infrared stretching vibration band to low-frequency shift.
