为了改善传统巡检系统到位率监督不力、巡检数据信息化、智能化程度较低的现状,提出了一种基于RFID的水电厂智能巡检管理系统。首先,采用具有高频RFID读写功能的智能设备作为移动巡检终端,通过客户端与移动智能终端之间的无线通讯,实现了巡检业务的智能流转;同时利用多媒体手段、数据库储存技术、多信息融合诊断技术等,实现了水电厂巡检数据的结构化存储和挖掘分析。实际运用表明,该系统可大幅提高水电厂巡检工作的效率和管理水平,为水电厂运维检修提供可靠的决策支持。
In order to improve the inadequate supervision of the arrival rate of the traditional inspection system and the status quo of the information and intelligence of the inspection data, an intelligent inspection system of the hydropower plant based on RFID is proposed. First of all, using intelligent devices with high-frequency RFID reading and writing functions as mobile inspection terminals, the intelligent circulation of inspection services is realized through the wireless communication between the client and the mobile intelligent terminal. At the same time, by using multimedia means, database storage technology, Multi-information fusion diagnostic techniques, to achieve a structured storage and mining inspection of hydropower plant data analysis. The practical application shows that the system can greatly improve the efficiency and management level of inspection work in hydropower plants and provide reliable decision support for operation and maintenance of hydropower plants.
