目的:探讨麦芽醇(MT)在缺血性急性肾功能衰竭中的作用。方法:雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、缺血再灌注组(IR)、MT治疗组。利用急性缺血再灌注损伤的大鼠模型尾静脉注射麦芽醇。再灌注24 h后处死大鼠,取血、肾脏标本。全自动生化、分析仪检测血生化肾功能改变。免疫印迹方法测定Bcl-2、Bax的表达。结果:与对照组相比,IR组肾脏/体重指数、血清Scr、BUN和血钾显著升高(P<0.05),经MT治疗后,肾脏/体重指数、血清Scr、BUN和血钾水平明显下降(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,IR组Bcl-2、Bax表达升高(P<0.05),经MT治疗疗后,Bcl-2表达升高(P<0.05),Bax表达降低(P<0.05)。结论:麦芽醇在肾氧化应激性损伤中具有一定保护和协助修复的作用。
Objective: To investigate the role of maltol (MT) in ischemic acute renal failure. Methods: Male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, ischemia reperfusion group (IR) and MT treatment group. Acute ischemia-reperfusion injury in rat tail vein injection of maltol. Rats were killed 24 h after reperfusion, and blood and kidney samples were collected. Automatic biochemical, analyzer detection of blood biochemical changes in renal function. Western blotting was used to detect the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax. Results: Compared with the control group, the renal / body mass index, serum Scr, BUN and serum potassium significantly increased (P <0.05). After MT treatment, the renal / body mass index, serum Scr, BUN and serum potassium levels were significantly Decreased (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax was increased in IR group (P <0.05). After MT treatment, Bcl-2 expression was increased (P <0.05) and Bax expression was decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Maltitol can protect and assist the repair of renal oxidative stress injury.
