利用传热、传质及热辐原理对ZH型蒸烘机进行了热力设计计算。ZH型蒸烘机是用于国内、外油脂工业中大豆一次浸出制油工艺的新型蒸烘设备。根据该蒸烘机的结构、工作原理及被干燥物料的特性,运用计算机计算该机输入、输出的热量;间接蒸汽的热量和消耗量及加热面积等。从理论和实践上证明了该蒸烘机具有溶耗低,脱溶、脱水效果好,产品蛋白含量高,干燥能力强,热效率高等优点和具有多吸脱溶、微负压运行优良性能。在油脂、饲料等工业中得到了广泛应用。
The heat design, heat transfer, mass transfer and thermal radiation theory were used to calculate the thermal design of ZH steaming machine. ZH-type steaming machine is used for domestic and foreign oil industry in a leaching soybean oil refining process of the new steaming equipment. According to the structure of the steaming machine, working principle and properties of the material to be dried, using computer to calculate the machine input and output calories; indirect steam heat and consumption and heating area. It has been proved theoretically and practically that the steaming machine has the advantages of low dissolution, desolvation, good dehydration effect, high protein content, strong drying ability and high thermal efficiency, and has the advantages of multi-suction desolvation and slightly negative pressure operation. In the grease, feed and other industries have been widely used.
