Ballistics plays an extremely important role in the research of gun technology. Due to the relatively deep theory of ballistics and the constant development of this theory, it is even more important when the impact of technology on ammunition becomes more and more complex. In order to make the best use of weapon systems, cutting-edge technology and force training must be coordinated with each other. In this paper, we will point out the possibilities and limitations of the development of gun and ammunition technology by systematically introducing the theories of ballistics and the methods of ballistics. At present, efforts are being made to study a ballistic inference point that can deduce a mathematical statement of logic from general theoretical formulas.
