元素分析仪是钢铁冶金行业为适应五大元素(碳、硫、锰、磷、硅)的现场在线检测分析的需要而发展起来的。检测碳、硫采用碳硫分析仪,检测锰、磷、硅采用元素分析仪(也叫三元素分析仪,3个通道分别预设固定波长检测锰、磷、硅)。三元素分析仪是采用光电比色分析原理,测定金属材料中的锰、磷、硅元素含量,它广泛应用于钢铁冶金、铸造、机械、化工、矿业等行业,是一种常用的检测仪器。
