深部脑电刺激是通过立体定向方法对脑内特定靶点进行精确定位,将刺激电极植入后对深部神经核团进行电刺激,使癫痫病人异常的神经元放电或传导得以控制,恢复或改善神经网络的生理功能,能有效控制癫痫发作。在过去的10余年间,深部脑电刺激技术在国内外逐渐发展起来,现已应用于刺激小脑、尾状核、丘脑的中央中核和前核、丘脑底核以及海马等部位来治疗难治性癫痫。本文就DBS的原理、设备、靶点选择等方面进行综述。
