对被测参量的分辨力是衡量各种数字检测系统精度的一项重要指标。以微计算机为核心的数字检测系统,其分辨力主要由模拟数字转换器(A/D转换器)的输出位数来确定。为了提高数字检测系统的分辨力,通常在设计时选用多输出位数的A/D转换器。其结果不但价格昂贵,而且对传感器本身的噪声及现场抗干扰措施提出更高要求。本文提出了利用输出位数少的A/D转换器实现高分辨力检测的方法。如果被测参量在总的测量期间变化范围较大,但在短期内变动并不大,则这种方法可大大提高信号信息传递
