针对某些单质硫含量较高的硫精矿中硫磺的提取进行实验和工艺过程研究,得到了硫单质完全分离的时间-温度曲线,确定最适分离温度为300℃—350℃,并比较了不同气氛下(N2气氛和还原性气氛)硫精矿样品热处理前后组分的变化,发现在500℃还原性气氛下可以得到纯度较高的FeS产物.根据实验结果,提出了一种适用于某些单质硫含量较高的硫精矿中硫磺提取的工艺过程,该过程含有重力场和温度梯度,并可连续操作.
Aiming at the extraction of sulfur in some sulfur concentrates with high elemental sulfur content, the time and temperature curves of elemental sulfur completely separated were obtained. The optimum separation temperature was determined from 300 ℃ to 350 ℃, and compared The results show that the FeS product with high purity can be obtained under the reducing atmosphere of 500 ℃ under the different atmosphere (N2 atmosphere and reducing atmosphere) .According to the experimental results, Sulfur elemental sulfur content of sulfur concentrate in the extraction process, the process contains gravity field and temperature gradient, and continuous operation.
