加强保护确保安全 体育课上易发生大伤害事故的是器械体操项目。因此,我们体育教师要倍加小心,加强保护,确保安全。 1.单、双杠教学,无论是上下杠还是在杠上运动,均要做好安全保护工作,尤其是下杠时应重点保护好。保护方法:一般站在侧面,一手扶握手臂另一手护上体以防前后倒;下杠时握手臂,扶上体帮其平稳落地。有条件的学校,单、双杠下面要放上体操垫子。
