日常教学最基本的教学三要素是教师、学生和教学内容,如何处理好三者的关系将直接影响到教学的质量和效果。那么,在课堂教学中如何有效地进行师生互动呢?我认为应做到以下几点。课堂上应建立平等和谐的师生关系。良好的师生关系是课堂师生互动开展的必要前提。教师要充分理解和信任学生,建立民主、平等的师生关系,给学生充分发表意见的机会,激发他们的思维和想象力,把讲堂变成学生的学堂。整个过程中,教师都要有耐心,尤其对学习有心理障碍的学生,更要善于培养他们的自信心和学习热情。用学生心理特征中的积极因素使学生以愉快乐学的心情投入到教学活动中去,这对提高教学质量、促进学生身心健康发展大 The most basic teaching of daily teaching three elements of teachers, students and teaching content, how to deal with the relationship between the three will directly affect the quality and effectiveness of teaching. With the positive factors in students ’psychological characteristics, students are encouraged to enter the teaching activities with a happy mood.
