选题策划实质是对选题的优化 ,它是学报编辑整体构思的初始化阶段 ,也是决定学报质量的最关键、最重要的阶段。本文宏观地阐述了市场经济条件下政治、经济、文化与选题策划五要素之间的关系。其中“营销要素”详细地说明了学报生成、效果、设计的落脚点是两个效益的统一 ,学报只有营销到位、营销措施灵活 ,才能做到选题策划的成功 ;跨世纪要素与政治要素、精品要素、创新要素互相联系、有机结合 ,更好地为经济和文化服务
The essence of the topic selection is the optimization of the topic selection. It is the initial stage of the overall idea of the journal editor and the most crucial and important stage in determining the quality of the journal. This article macroscopically expounds the relationship between the five elements of politics, economy, culture and topic selection under the condition of market economy.
