书法的存在,在我国已有三千多年的历史。在它产生、发展的过程中,从来就伴有实用与审美的双重品格,并非当下我们对它的偏执化认同——“古代书法是实用书法,实用功能是第一位的;现代书法是艺术书法,审美功能是第一位的。”[1]好在这种判定之后加了“第一位”的限定,否则真的就有些绝对了。其实,我们认为,书法的实用与审美从古至今就是合二为一的。
The existence of calligraphy in our country has more than three thousand years of history.
