从微观、中观、宏观三个层面,分析当前建筑构部件工厂化生产中存在的问题;从工业化建筑产品的形成机理和建筑产业链角度,提出解决当前问题的可行路径。设计与构部件工厂化生产的匹配、构部件工厂化生产与装配化施工的匹配,以及企业构部件生产工艺技术的完善,可有效解决构部件工厂化生产中存在的技术问题。通过企业战略决策、适度的产业集聚、配套的供应链物流体系等组织方面的协同和集成,可从产业层面上解决构部件工厂化生产中的组织问题。
From the micro, meso and macro levels, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the factory production of building components; and from the formation mechanism of industrialized building products and the perspective of building industry chain, puts forward feasible ways to solve the current problems. Matching of design and manufacturing of industrial parts and components, matching of factory production and assembly construction of components and parts, as well as improvement of manufacturing technology of components of enterprises can effectively solve the technical problems existing in industrialized production of structural components. Through the corporate strategic decision-making, appropriate industrial agglomeration, supporting the supply chain logistics system and other organizational synergies and integration can be resolved from the industrial level structural components factory production.
