一、减少NO_x生成的一般情况大型燃烧设备法规(GFAVO)要求以现有的技术水平来保持NO_x的排放量极限值。它包括在锅炉炉膛里采取的措施和在锅炉后安装烟气除氮装置。但对老机组来说,如何将规定的“技术水平”转变成事实并非那么简单。影响生成NO_x的如燃料成份、燃烧室负荷、剩余空气量和燃烧器调节/运行方式等诸多因素在减少NO_x的原始措施中只能进行一部分,或只能通过运行经验来考虑。1978年首次在Saarberg公司的Weiher3电厂的经过改装的分级混合燃烧器上得到了运行结果。
First, to reduce the general situation of NO_x Large-scale combustion equipment regulations (GFAVO) requires the existing state of the art to maintain NO_x emission limits. It includes measures taken in the hearth of the boiler and a nitrogen removal device installed behind the boiler. But for the old crew, it is not that simple how to translate the prescribed “technical level” into reality. Many factors that affect the generation of NO x, such as fuel composition, combustion chamber load, residual air volume, and burner conditioning / operating modes, are only part of the original measures to reduce NO x, or can only be considered through operational experience. For the first time in 1978, operating results were obtained on a modified graded mixer combustor at Saarberg’s Weiher3 power plant.
