成人高等院校的课堂教学,同普通高等院校相比较,虽有不少共通之处,但也有其独特的规律和要求。由于成人高校的教育对象在年龄特征、文化心理、记忆能力、智解能力、思辨能力以及情绪心态诸方面,同一般青少年比较起来,具有明显的差异,因此,完全照搬普通院校的教学原则和方法,是难以收到好的效果的。不少教师都有这样的体会:他们在普通院校课堂教学中,弓马熟娴,得心应手,颇得学生好评。可是一旦踏上成人院校的讲台,不少人为之“汗颜”。我自己也有过类似的体验。开始给干训班讲课时,由于完全套用普通院校的教学模式,结果自己感觉讲得不错,然而学员听得并不起
