随着素质教育的不断深入,课堂教学的改革进程不断向前发展,其中如何处理课堂教学中教师与学生的关系成为改革的重中之重,即教师的“教”和学生的“学”如何进行有效转换和相互促进的问题。在实际教学中,教师也开始关注到这类问题,并深入研究和设计教学过程的诸多环节,力求使学生充分掌握所学知识,然而,最终效果并不尽如人意。主要问题在于学生的主动性并没有充分发挥出来,学习的激情和热情也有待挖掘。解决这个矛盾的关键还在于科学实施“少教多学”策略,教师进一步淡化“教”的痕迹,使学生的“学”主导课堂发展。
